Altitude Training Associates is contracted to conduct training at CDOT's outdoor BMP Facility in Denver. Training sessions are all day experiences in the field; installing, inspecting & testing various BMPs. The outdoor facility includes slopes with irrigation systems and ditches fed by large water tanks, to simulate precipitation and run-off events. Review our brochure for additional information.

* REGISTRATION INFORMATION *

Altitude Training, in conjunction with CDOT, is offering 7 training sessions in 2012; May through August. These classes are open to all, with the exception of CDOT Employees and contractors actively working on CDOT projects. These classes are being offered complimentary by CDOT. Class size is limited to 16 participants, currently we have 71 slots remaining.

 

Training Participants:

  • It is required that you have completed the CDOT ECS Certification training, or equivalent
  • This course is HANDS-ON, you will be actively installing BMPs in the field
  • Safety equipment is required. You are responsible for supplying your own: Hard hat, protective eye wear, work gloves and appropriate footwear
  • You will be required to sign & submit Release of Liability forms, prior to attendance
  • You may not be a CDOT employee or actively working on a CDOT project at the time of the training
  • You must be employed and be attending the training with the consent and permission of your employer
  • Cancellation Policy: Space is limited. Once you have committed to a training date & your registration has been confirmed, if you are not able to attend your assigned training session, you need to contact Altitude Training as soon as possible. This will allow us to open your spot to someone on the waiting list. If you do not provide at least 3 days notice of cancellation you will not be allowed to re-register for another complimentary session this year.
